View loading job details

After you submit a loading job, you can view information about the job.

To view the job details, complete the following procedure.

1. In the Main Menu, select Overview.
2. Click Jobs Overview.

3. In Jobs Overview, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Loading.

4. View the job details in the Loading Information dialog box.
   Table details

   Each Loading Information job shows the following information.

   Submitted By	The user who submitted the job.
   Submitted Time	The date and time the job was submitted.
   Number of Documents	The number of documents included in the load.
   Image File Count	The number of image files included in the load.
   Native File Count	The number of native files included in the load.
   Text File Count	The number of text files included in the load.
   Job Id	Job identification number.

5. When you finish reviewing the job, click Close.
